The very first thing you need to do is, try to identify the kind of
temperament you have, with this you will know the kind of person you
are, maybe you are the kind that possess that very hot and spontaneous
temperament, or maybe you are the cool and quiet type. This is how you
are able to avoid and control situations that gets you angry. So try to
know the category you belong, this will help in many ways.2-Try as much as possible to avoid unnecessary arguments, arguments on topics you think are too sensitive for you, either sports, religion, politics, belief anything that doesn't go down well with your temperament should be avoided as best as possible..
3- When ever the feeling comes over you, just walk away from the scene, find a quiet place, this helps to diffuse the tension and pour some cold water on that very hot emotion, walking away doesn't make you a looser rather it gives you enough time to have a rethink and reflect over the situation around, when you walk away you live to see another beautiful day.
4- Avoid taking addictive drugs to suppress the anger this will only worsen the problem, depression could set in, so just work on it with the strength and determination inside.
5- Smile more often, try to absorb yourself in mind releasing activities like sharing jokes, engaging in healthy and light discussions, with this positive activities you are able to push that bad temper far away from you, the more you engage in activities like this the lesser you experience that bad anger and uncontrollable rage.
6- Always have this at the back of your mind, there is always a negative consequences and nothing good comes out of a stupid anger, the more you register this the better for your psyche.
7- Pray hard, with God all this are so possible, let the peace of the almighty dwell in your heart, this will help..

1--- You need to know and have something to say, there are loads of
information lying fallow, untapped. You could do people the favour of
gathering useful information and giving it out willingly.
Be ready to discern information, be happy to go extra miles in making the next internet user properly informed. . .
It could be on anything, but it must not be on everything, no information or concept is too small to be shared always have that at the back of your mind.
With this you are a step into carving a niche for yourself on the internet.
2--- Have a medium of communication, which I call the window of the mind. Yes you have an information but how do you share it, how do people share and benefit from what you have inside. This is when you need some of these tools, (blog, website, notebook page, Facebook page, forum presence, etc.), with any of these you are able to project to the wider world what you know. A blog is the easiest and most accessible, with a blog you are able to communicate in pictures, text, videos and so on.
Are you a scholar, a professional, student, an adviser, or whatever? With this you can bridge the gap between yourself and other internet users.
The fastest way to pass a message across borders in this present day of globalization is through web pages, blog pages, tweets and instant messages, feed burners, and so on.
Everybody needs one information or the other, so if you can give it you are able to win their hearts and catch their attention forever.
3--- So what do you put in your blog or website, which i call the content, the content on your blog or website must carry weight, search for keywords, topics that has the highest demands or search on the internet is worth writing on.
It can be on love, technology, travelling, relationship, health, poetry, internet related articles, online business opportunities, general information and so on.
Try not to give information that are restricted to a particular group of people, race, or sex, look for what will interest a wider group of internet users, something everyone would be interested in.

4--- Originality, how original, fresh and unadulterated are the information you are giving, the problem most people have is "how to co-ordinate and arrange an information for others to consume" that is why most internet users copy and totally download other peoples ideas and information. You have it inside you, the problem is you are not ready and willing to earn it.

My Pen at Hand
My Pen at Hand.
Right from the tip of my pen to the leave of my note, through the
keys of my computer down to the screen flows powerful and provoking
thoughts, words that can not find expression verbally is better put down
in writing, so that it can travel far into the length and breath of
every soul and heart that comes in contact with it.
My pen is my tool, it is my cannon that shoots out wisdom, who ever stands in its way could be hit, who ever listens and connect with the power behind it, will be transformed..
When I hold my pen, my mind and soul opens, when I use my pen, gates and barriers are shattered.. Who can stop my pen, no one, only my fear and limitation can. I have fought them, that is why inspiration and ideas flows through it effortlessly...
The effect an electric current has on the body is not different from the effect a taste and feel of what my pen dishes out has on the mind and soul of men and women.
A thief feels empowered when holding a gun, a president feels untouchable when guided by the constitution, a father is in control when he still provides for his family, that is how I am so invinsible when I am with my pen, you can not see me, but you can feel me, you can not touch me, but you can imagine me there, I don't get carried away, or try to feel like a divine creature, even though my techniques are sublime, I still stay in line, stay focused, so that I can always pour out my heart when ever it is heavy...
Through my pen, I purge my soul and free my mind, through my pen I am going to liberate the world, through my weapon I am going to destroy those who hate to hear the truth, through my beautiful pen, I am going to have access into every heart that opens up its door, through my pen the world will know and listen to me cause I have lots of things to say... The fear of the unknown can be killed using my pen...

THE POWER IN THE EYES.
Look me less in the eyes, because what they carry are strong
enough to melt a huge iceberg of strength and believe. Stay away from my firing
and daring gaze, instead guard your loins of trust, keep your gaze for the sake
of tomorrow, look away from the deluge of passion, pity and love that flows
from those deceptive eyes.
Like a decoy it is going to lead you into a snare of pain,
regrets and wishes.
Know that the answers you are looking for is no where near
those balls of humanity, though they roll in unity giving vision to the body,
but they are just a big camouflage of deceit and blackmail. Flee, so your
conscience is not turned against you, grow a thick skin of resistance, keep
your distance and never give those beautiful eyes any chance.
The more you look, the more you fall deep into the hands of
foolishness, enchantment and a big emptiness. The man’s eyes rolls like a dice
in the hand of a dangerous gambler, it depicts nothing close to the reality of
the heart at most times, mortals use it like a thief uses a gun to rob you of
your dignity, trust , joy and happiness. Every look and expression through the
eyes of a man may not give you the clue to the truth; that is a bitter fruit to
chew.

There's no faking it: Your sexual partner knows if you're really satisfied.
There
is no point faking it in bed because chances are your sexual partner
will be able to tell. A study by researchers at the University of
Waterloo found that men and women are equally perceptive of their
partners' levels of sexual satisfaction.
The
study by Erin Fallis, PhD candidate, and co-authors Professor Uzma S.
Rehman and Professor Christine Purdon in the Department of Psychology at
Waterloo, identified sexual communication and ability to recognize
emotions as important factors that predict accuracy in gauging one
partner's sexual satisfaction.
The study was published in the journal Archives of Sexual Behavior this month.
"We found that, on average, both men and women have fairly accurate and unbiased perceptions of their partners' sexual satisfaction," said Fallis, the study's lead author. "We also found that having good communication about sexual issues helped participants to understand their partners' sexual satisfaction. However, even if sexual communication was lacking, a person could still be fairly accurate in gauging his or her partner's sexual satisfaction if he or she was able to read emotions well."
The study involved 84 couples that were part of a larger study on sexual functioning and satisfaction. Fallis separated the partners, asked them to each report on their levels of commitment, relationship satisfaction, sexual satisfaction, sexual communication and measured their emotion recognition abilities.
Couples in a sexual relationship develop what psychologists call a sexual script, which forms guidelines for their sexual activity.
"Over time, a couple will develop sexual routines," said Fallis. "We believe that having the ability to accurately gauge each other's sexual satisfaction will help partners to develop sexual scripts that they both enjoy. Specifically, being able to tell if their partners are sexually satisfied will help people decide whether to stick with a current routine or try something new."
As well as affirming important factors for healthy sexual relationships, the study's findings may help to reduce a common stereotype in our culture that women and men have difficulty communicating with and understanding one another.
"The next step in this research is to look at the impacts of having more or less accurate perceptions of one's partner's sexual satisfaction over time in long-term relationships," said Fallis. "We expect that having a more accurate understanding of one's partner's sexual satisfaction will have positive impacts for both partners' sexual satisfaction and we're eager to test this idea."

Step1--- Always build your personality on your strengths .
Step 2--- Never let peoples opinion or idea penetrate your psyche, that's the only way to stay
Step 3---When ever you wake up in the morning don't run straight to the mirror , rather sit on your bed and tell yourself how beautiful/handsome you are.
Step 4---Try hard to identify your weaknesses , know them and work on them.Step 5---Always wear a graceful smile, it could neutralize every form of hostility around you.Step 6---Always look into peoples eyes and not their faces, that will tell them you are not scared.

You know me not, why then are you so quick to judge. At the
slightest opportunity that comes your way you are ready to consume me to the
last dignity i have left inside. Words you hear about me shouldn’t be good
enough for you to cast dangerous assertion about my fragile personality.
Before i say a word, you have translated my thoughts into
different and complicated meanings. If `only you could be patient to meet the
real me, then you will appreciate the beauty of what really lies deep inside my
heart.
The earth you see may be rough and dirty outside, but what
it carries inside is more than one can imagine.
If you don’t believe me ask those beautiful flowers and
fruitful trees planted on it, if you doubt me, ask the miners what they go down
the earth to find. So am i, you never know what i carry inside until you take
time to meet the real me. Let me introduce the real me to you before you judge
ignorantly.
Being a victim of prejudice is as painful as the pain of
labour, though it never shows on the face, but the heart and soul gets wary
every day at the effect.
Consciously i take this step of courage to never allow what
you think about me weigh me down or limit my chances in life, but how i wish
you will take time to know me, then maybe those wall of inherited hatred will
be brought down gradually.
The more a ranger moves around the forest, the more
discoveries he makes, why don’t you take time to move round my supposed
complicated life, observe, imagine, appraise, and believe, i know you will find
something that will change your mind about me for good. Never be so quick to judge, you never know
what qualities the person before you carries inside.

BEAUTY WITH NO SUBSTANCE.
What is the essence of a beauty when it carries no spark
from its root? Beauty without substance is like a loaded gun in the hand of a
baby, it is like a body without bones, like music without lyrics, like a stage
without a crowd, or like a game of football without spectators.
Defenseless is a heart that lacks substance, weak and wary
is a soul that has no hidden qualities and dead is a mind that possesses no
subtle strength to fight the battle of the mind. The beauty behind a well is in
its depth and the quality of water it carries.
The strength behind an eagle is the level of height it can
attain when airborne. A girl’s qualities, strength and power must not be based
or rooted from the outside, because the outside beauty only satisfies the eyes,
while those values inside glorifies and edifies any spirit, soul and heart that
comes its way.
I weep when i meet a beauty that leaves my mouth and eyes
wide open in ecstasy and wonder, but leave my mind and heart in total and heavy
disbelieve, shame and regrets, when it lacks substance.
Try as much as possible to cushion that beauty with some
powerful support, if not, it will be like a bomb waiting to explode. This world
seems to be satisfied with frivolity, while the soul wales and cries in hunger
and thirst for a new filling and satisfaction. How beautiful she looks now
comes before what can she really offer or contribute. If I were you I would
wipe the smile off my face knowing that all that exist behind that beauty is
just a big empty space.
Go behind closed doors and beat yourself black and blue,
because it is your fault that is the bitter truth, take it or ignore.
Why do you jump up and down in ignorance, when what you need
most is just there lying fallow in the cold hands of neglect all in the name of
“beauty”. Know that there are beauties everywhere, but good values and powerful
qualities are just so rare. Do not fear, all you need do is just dare, learn to
take that golden step, because to get to the pinnacle of a comprehensive
success is not determined by your beauty. Just know your duty.
