Simple Things to Do to Stay Fit and Healthy

Simple Things to Do to Stay Fit and Healthy.

1. When you wake up in the morning, before taking anything food, try to take at least "3 GLASS CUPS " of clean water at room temperature, it might sound stupid but little do you know that water is the most natural and highly nutritious minerals in life, when you take the water it runs through your system and help dissolve, dilute, absorb and flush out some of the waste product left over in your body.

2. Place yourself on a fruit therapy, try to eat at least 3-4 different types of fruit everyday, it could be oranges, bananas, lettuce, carrot and so on. why do you need to eat friut? Fruit contains very important vitamins that the ordinary food you take can't give you, and even if they do, not at the quantity and quality that the fruit does give. They also help boost the immune system.

3. To avoid suffering from cardiovascular related illnesses, engage in various aerobic activities, exercise for at least 30mins-1hr everyday, either in the morning or in the evening, this helps enhance the production of erythrocyte cells and also helps regulate your heart beat.

4. Being healthy starts right from the mind, so the mind must always be in a very good shape, put your mind to work, avoid emotional and psychological stress, every activity or issues that puts the mind under unnecessary trauma and stress should be avoided.

5. Do away with alcoholic drinks and beverages, the more alcohol you consume the weaker your liver becomes. Alcohol is addictive and could cause you psychological problems, it also erodes the kidney and liver, so try not to take too much alcohol.

6. Sugar Cholesterol, fatty foods, junk food, "JUNK FOOD"..., are foods that are highly concentrated with flavours , preservatives, artificial colouring , sweeten, additives, chemicals of different types and so on, all these foods must be avoided, they look and taste so nice, but they do bad things to the body gradually.

7. Never use drugs outside the doctors supervision, all drugs must be taken under proper prescription, this way you are not abusing or miss using a particular drug.

8. Go natural, instead of sugar use honey, in place of a packed juice take an home made juice.
Living and staying healthy requires you cutting down on those excesses, change your eating habit, start to do things that add extra value to your life and body as a whole, drop those food, reduce that drink and do some things differently and your body will live to give testimony...

Mistakes Made in Forex

               Mistakes Made in Forex.....

Forex trading is the business that involves the buying and selling of currencies. They are often bought at a lower price and then sold or converted to a much higher price.
Forex trading however is extremely volatile and one wrong move can spell disaster to your savings. This is why people who do not have much to risk are discouraged to get into forex trading as emotions can cloud their judgment and may force them to make the wrong decisions.
One thing good though about the business is the fact that when you get the hang of it, it can provide you with financial security. If you are deciding on getting into forex trading and don't know much about the industry. Here are some of the most common mistakes people commit. Make sure that you read each one and heed the warnings.

1. Don't Aim For High Gain.
Some people go into forex trading thinking that with a small amount of money, they will be able to make millions. This is a misconception. Forex trading will not make you millions in such a short time. In fact, to individuals who play the market, the best that they often get from it is financial security and money for retirement. So don't set your hopes too high. If anything, get that small amount of money that you have and just roll it again after some gains. Even if your gains are not as big, at least you are sure that you are gaining and can still use that same money that you invested to gain again.

2. Don't Rely On Others
Although it is good to have a mentor or have somebody experienced in the business give you advice, there is still an advantage in being able to form your own judgment and make your own analysis. Don't rely on other people for tips and advice all the time. Learn about the business on your own by reading books on the subject and testing your theories and analysis. You can do this by comparing your take on the market with those on television or in the newspapers.

3. Don't Rely On Luck
Forex trading is not some lottery drawing that will win your big money if you are just lucky enough. It does not work that way. Predicting when a currency will go up and go down will not cut it. You should be able to understand how the market reacts.
