MY WORLD OF TRUTH

THE AFRICAN WOMAN.

                                                          THE AFRICAN WOMAN.

I hear her cry, it resonates deep inside my soul, i listen to her plight and the compassion in me lightens up like a comet. I see her fears through the look she wears, nothing seem good enough to give her some assurance, because where she lives and dwells uncertainty and confusion is all that exist there.

She lives in a world where her soul and body is being dominated, while her heart yarn for liberation, her entire being craves for a genuine affection, the one that lives to see the light of a better day.
So unselfish, she sacrifices her joy and her inner most feelings so that the next generation can have a sweet story to tell. Her strength is hidden, her value so underestimated, her importance is down played, her liberation delayed, but all in all her contribution to the progression and continuity of life cannot be ignored.

She rarely hates, but often loves, she never destroys, but always construct with her very useful and powerful words and actions. Though her culture stands against her every second of the day, any step she takes must be checked and found worthy. Her mind is no longer hers; the evil and stereotypical environment she finds herself has invaded it.
Bless the day she came down to earth, the land knows her worth that is why it answers her calls and prayers every day, how long will they keep her away from her throne of grace.
