THE BEAUTY OF LABOUR
THE BEAUTY OF LABOUR.
Time to take in some fresh breath of freedom, new motivation, independence, new challenges and enthusiasm. Labour was not meant to shackle the mind nor bury the last dignity left of man. You work to break the chains of redundancy and laziness.
Time to take in some fresh breath of freedom, new motivation, independence, new challenges and enthusiasm. Labour was not meant to shackle the mind nor bury the last dignity left of man. You work to break the chains of redundancy and laziness.
The beauty behind every drop of sweat is far beyond what the
eyes can behold. Every stress, push, strive, patience, fear and sacrifice
should take you closer to the gate of satisfaction and pride.
Your effort and
contribution in the cause of labour must never be ignored, downplayed, abused,
misused, unappreciated and subjected to the cold hands of ridicule. Every man
or woman has the sole right to protect and guide their dignity and pride. If
ever your input is constantly put to disrepute in whatever way you can ever
imagine, do not hesitate to take a bold and audacious step of change and
courage.
Labour was not just made solely for wages, it carries more
than what money can buy or capture, you labour not to please man but to satisfy
your conscience in accordance to a strong precept of equity, fairness, trust,
commitment and diligence. You must refuse to live under the canopy of
slavishness, impunity, shame, fear and phobia for change.
Your labour may eventually go in vain if you fail to
challenge the status-quo or to probe in order to effect necessary changes around
you. What surrounds you may not be a true picture of what defines you. So try
hard to find what represents you and project the true definition of labour.
Appreciate the fact that labour, pride and dignity must walk side by side so as
to tap the full potential of what it (labour) has to offer. The resultant
effect is everyone involved comes out with a big and contagious smile.
